Here are the roles on offer:

PR & Comms Manager OR Senior PR Executive

Typical Duties Include:

  • Creating and maintaining excellent daily working relationships with Clients.
  • Delivery of annual PR plans
  • Media outreach – NI & ROI – and GB / EU on occasion
  • Managing Client projects, including client briefs, delivery of projects, budgetary management and reporting
  • New ideas, industry knowledge, competitor awareness and horizon scanning
  • Sh*t hot copy - online and offline
  • Briefs and working in collaboration with marketing specialists, content creators and other suppliers
  • Use of a wide variety of comms tools including digital communications, social media platforms and social advertising, stakeholder relations, media relations, copywriting and internal communications.
  • Creation of social media strategies, content and social advertising
  • Delivery of profitable, timely work for the agency
  • Contribution to new business pitches
  • Reporting, evaluations, following agency systems
  • Most importantly - play a role, contribute to the agency’s future, deliver epic campaigns, speak up, and help us to grow

Essential Criteria

  • 3-5 years’ experience, preferably within an agency, including experience of creating, implementing and measuring PR campaigns
  • PR degree, third-level qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent delivery and management of brand accounts - or willing to step up
  • Driving license and access to a car
  • Excellent copywriting for a variety of media
  • Fully embracing all comms platforms
  • Strong and compelling presentation skills.
  • Project management experience
  • A team player that contributes

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ROI market – understanding of market and media
  • Evidence of CIPR / PRCA CPD
  • Membership of other bodies, networks
  • SEO

Salary:

  • Dependent on experience. Senior Account Executive: £24k+ Account Manager: £28K+

Business Support Officer / PA

Main purpose of role: Based in our Ballynahinch offices, the postholder will perform general PR and administrative duties to support the Agency Director as she looks to deliver on the business’s ambitious goals. To ensure RNN’s Clients are served in accordance, and in the style, that the agency expects and always delivers.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Reporting to the Director
  • PA role to the Director
  • Diary management for the Director and scheduling of agency diary
  • Co-ordination of basic HR duties
  • Conduct specific one-off projects as requested by the Director.
  • Support for the PR team
  • Creation of client reports as directing
  • Event Management Assistance
  • Screen and respond to incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
  • Contact reports, recording of meetings and actions
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
  • Act as the Director’s representative at internal meetings.
  • Oversee the maintenance of administration standards throughout the company and contribute to the training of policies and procedures.
  • Interact with clients, suppliers and visitors.
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files in each office as necessary.
  • Obtaining information/ produce reports when required by senior managers
  • Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, letters etc using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with overall maintenance of the organisation and its offices, ensure always safe environment.
  • Ensure timesheet processing and KPI reports and stats are calibrated regularly

This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties. We will provide full training in line with regulatory requirements.
