New Year’s Resolutions.... they’re not for us. We’re more into setting goals. @RNNComms we’re focused on growing, learning and always striving for better therefore goal setting is a key part of our yearly planning.
Goals should take you out of your comfort zone, be challenging, be of benefit but importantly be achievable and measurable.
Our 2020 goals look like this:
Learning
We don’t know everything (shocker...I know!), especially in the dynamic world of communications and social, and continual learning and CPD are a must. This year, we’re continuing our CPD with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, we’re all committed to attending training on specialist subjects and best practice and Riki has pledged to become a ‘Chartered’ PR practitioner with the CIPR.
New Business
The lifeblood of all businesses. We’re incredibly lucky to have many loyal and long-standing clients but attracting new business is fundamental to growth and change. New business, facilitated by networking, tendering, pitching and raising our profile will become an important part of everyone in the team’s remit.
Outstanding work
We’re the CIPR PRide Awards Outstanding Small PR Agency of the Year, and we’re committed to maintaining this reputation and delivering outstanding work. For our clients, we want results; for the team and agency, our goal is to be incredibly proud of the work we deliver. We’re committed to being truthful, knowledgeable, in your corner and delivering our best work to all of our clients which whom we work in partnership with.
